Delivery and Installation

We want to make purchasing your kitchen appliance as easy and stress free as possible. Our staff are fully trained to not only advise you on which product is best suited for you, but are able to deliver and install your appliance for a small fee.

Installing integrated kitchen appliances is most popular with our customers, with these products being purchased for their appearance or for space saving reasons. They can be trickier to install as they require exact spacing for them to fit correctly. Measuring your chosen place accurately will ensure your product will fit and make the installation as easy as possible.

If you are having your appliance installed remember we can only connect to existing, adjacent and available services. Please check that you have the correct type of services available before your installation date. It is important that any power sockets / cooker points / plumbing are suitable for your new appliances and correctly located for safe installation. Should we be unable to complete your installation due to unsuitable services then any remedial works must be arranged and completed before rebooking your installation (charges may apply).

If you need to have your wiring or plumbing modified or changes made to your fixtures and fittings please ensure that this work is completed before we arrive. We are unable to do these modifications for you and they are not included in your installation charge.

Any changes to Gas Appliances including Installation, Disconnection and / or Re-Connection must be competed by a Gas Safe engineer. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in any of our installation charges.

Appliances that are to be recycled must be available for collection at the time of delivery. Any Gas appliances must already be disconnected by a Gas Safe engineer prior to our arrival. Recycling of any appliance that will not be available when we call should be arranged with your Local Authority.
